Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by sending an email to mail@awenn.net with a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

You can use the sample cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you within 14 days of the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation at the latest. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
