General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Awenn.net

1. scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the 2025staging.awenn.net platform (hereinafter "Awenn") by registered members and providers of services and events. By registering, the user recognises these terms and conditions as binding.

2. benefits of Awenn
Awenn provides a platform on which members can present their services, events and content, network and benefit from additional offers. The platform is used for exchange, visibility and linking within a conscious community.

3. membership

3.1 Registration:
Membership requires the selection of a suitable package, registration and payment of the membership fee.

3.2 Activation:
After successful payment and entry of the required profile data, the member profile will be activated.

3.3 Membership requirements:
To become part of the network, members commit themselves:

• place the official Awenn badge visibly on their website and link it with a "do follow" link. (e.g. in the footer)
• Awhen to follow on social media (Instagram & Facebook)
• publish a well-maintained profile with at least one active entry

If these requirements are not met, Awenn reserves the right to deactivate or remove the membership.

4. terms of payment

4.1 The membership fees depend on the package selected and must be paid before the profile is activated.

4.2 Payment is made securely by credit card via Stripean international payment service provider that stands for high security standards.

4.3 Awenn does not store any credit card data. The entire payment process is encrypted via Stripe.

5. contents and entries
4.1Members are responsible for the content of their entries (texts, images, videos, etc.).

5.2 The operator assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of this content.

5.3 The content must comply with the statutory provisions. Awenn reserves the right to reject or remove content that violates these terms and conditions.

6. profile and visibility

6.1 Each member receives their own profile with information about themselves and the offers.

6.2 The platform provides technical tools to promote visibility, reach and exchange.

7. bookings
7.1 The Awenn system enables booking requests for services and events directly via the platform.

7.2 The processing of the booking and payment shall take place exclusively via the respective provider. Awenn.net does not charge any booking fees.

7.3 When a booking is made, the contract is concluded directly between the provider and the user. For cancellations, rebookings or other changes, the general terms and conditions of the respective provider apply.

7.4 Awenn.net accepts no liability for the performance or quality of the services booked.

8. ratings (reviews)
8.1 Only registered users who have booked a service or event may submit reviews.

8.2 All reviews are checked and approved by the Awenn team before publication.

9. vouchers & gift bonus
9.1 The system allows the creation of value or percentage vouchers that can be applied to entries.

9.2 Business members also receive a 10% voucher for bookings within the network. At the same time, they undertake to offer this discount to other members as well.

10. co-operations & partner offers
10.1 Awenn.net offers registered members access to exclusive offers and co-operations with selected partners. These can be made available in the form of discounts, vouchers or special promotions.

10.2 The terms and conditions of the respective partner apply to the utilisation and processing of these offers. Awenn.net accepts no liability for content, services or conditions provided by third parties.

11. advertising & PR

11.1 Members can contribute content to Awenn's media channels (magazine, Instagram, Facebook) after consultation with the editorial team.

11.2 The operator carries out targeted PR and marketing measures to increase the visibility of the network.

12. duties of the members

12.1 Members undertake not to publish any unlawful, discriminatory, offensive or misleading content.

12.2 The platform may not be used for spam, mass mailings or other abusive purposes.

Members undertake to treat each other with respect, to comply with netiquette and to provide truthful information. Violations can lead to the blocking or cancellation of membership

13. cancellation and termination
13.1 Membership can be cancelled with a notice period of 14 days to the end of the current term.

13.2 Cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail or terminated via the system in the backend. A pro rata refund of contributions already paid is excluded.

14. disclaimer
Awenn.net shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, unless these are due to wilful intent or gross negligence on the part of Awenn.

15. data protection
All personal data is handled in accordance with Awenn's privacy policy. The current data protection regulations apply.

16. final provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
